Terms and Conditions
This is an English translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
1. Identification of the seller
This website is operated by ALBINI PRASSA SRL, a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Str. Belgrad nr. 10-12, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J40/8615/2013, Unique Registration Code RO31985610 (“the Seller”, “we”). 2. Purpose
This document sets out the conditions under which ALBINI PRASSA SRL sells watches, jewellery and accessories online. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in justified cases (product out of stock, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud), informing the customer and refunding all amounts paid in full.
4. Prices and invoicing
The prices displayed include VAT. The final price, including the delivery cost, is displayed before the order is completed. A tax invoice is issued for each order and sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Card data is processed exclusively by the payment processor through secure connections; the Seller does not store card data.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made in accordance with the Delivery Policy. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer when the consumer takes physical possession of the products.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason, under the conditions of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 and the Returns Policy.
8. Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 140/2021 (the seller’s liability for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery) and, where applicable, from the manufacturer’s commercial guarantee stated in the warranty certificate accompanying the product.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, images, graphics, trademarks) belongs to ALBINI PRASSA SRL or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Liability
The Seller takes care to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, but is not liable for obvious typographical errors; any errors will be corrected and the customer informed. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights provided by Romanian law.
11. Dispute resolution. ANPC
Customers may submit complaints using the contact details above; we will try to resolve any issue amicably. Consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – https://anpc.ro – and may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) procedures – https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/. The list of ADR bodies in the European Union is published by the European Commission at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
12. Governing law
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
13. Changes to these terms
The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions; the version applicable to an order is the one in force on the date the order is placed.
