DELIVERY

This is an English translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. Delivery area and delivery time
We deliver within Romania by express courier. The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the confirmation of the order (and, for online payments, from the confirmation of payment). For international deliveries, please contact us in advance at andrei@albiniprassa.com.

2. Delivery cost
The delivery cost is displayed at checkout, before payment is made.

3. Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive the tracking number (AWB) by e-mail.

4. Receiving your parcel
We recommend that you check the parcel on receipt, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging shows visible damage, note this in the courier’s delivery report and contact us immediately. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer when the consumer takes physical possession of them.

5. Delays
If a product cannot be delivered within the stated time, we will inform you and agree on a new delivery date or, at your request, refund the amounts paid.
