RETURNS

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the products, without giving any reason and without penalties.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Inform us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period by an unequivocal statement sent to andrei@albiniprassa.com or by post to the address below (please state your order number). You may use the model withdrawal form in section 7, but it is not obligatory. For questions, you can call us on +40 723 408 480. Return the products to: ALBINI PRASSA SRL, Str. Belgrad nr. 10-12, Sector 1, Bucharest, no later than 14 days from the date of your notification. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.

3. Condition of the products
Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all accessories, tags and warranty/authenticity certificates and, where possible, in the original packaging. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment used for the order (unless we agree otherwise). We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under art. 16 of OUG no. 34/2014, the following cannot be returned: products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. engraved), as well as the other categories exempted by law.

6. Non-conforming or defective products
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (OUG no. 140/2021). If the product received is defective or non-conforming, contact us at andrei@albiniprassa.com or on +40 723 408 480 — under the law, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund; in this case, the return costs are borne by us.
